Who we are

Medisewa Pvt. Ltd. makes and sells medical uniforms from Kathmandu, Nepal. This policy covers this website and the messages you send us on Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. Questions: medisewa7@gmail.com or +977 9861898195.

What we keep

• Your orders and account: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, measurements, design notes and the photos you add, what you ordered and what you paid.
• Your messages to us: when you message our Instagram account, Instagram passes the conversation to our order inbox: your name and username as Instagram shows them, an Instagram ID for your account, the messages, and the photos, videos and voice messages you send. Chats on WhatsApp or Messenger may be copied into the same inbox by our staff. If you unsend a message on Instagram, we delete it here too.
• Visits to this website: anonymous statistics (pages viewed, page speed) with no advertising cookies.

Why we keep it

To answer your questions, take your order exactly as you described it, make it, deliver it and look after it afterwards, and to keep the records the law asks of a business. We don't use your details for advertising and we never sell them.

Who helps us

These companies process your details on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Supabase stores our database and files, and Vercel runs this website. Both use servers outside Nepal.
• Meta delivers Instagram messages between you and us.
• Resend sends our emails (sign-in links, order updates).
• Anthropic provides the AI service our order inbox uses. When a chat with us goes quiet, the newest messages that aren't part of an order yet are sent to Anthropic to check whether they contain an order we still need to take, so it isn't forgotten. When a staff member asks, a chat is also sent to draft an order or a reply. Anthropic processes them only to give us the answer and, under its business terms, doesn't use them to train its models. A staff member checks everything: nothing is ordered or sent to you without them.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Chats and their photos, videos and voice messages are kept while they help with your orders and questions, and deleted when you ask.

Keeping it safe

Only our staff can see orders and chats, after signing in. Everything travels encrypted, files from chats are kept private, and the keys that connect us to Instagram are stored encrypted.
