Delete your data
You can ask us to delete the messages you sent us (on Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger) with their photos, videos and voice messages, and the details we keep about you. Asking costs nothing and needs no reason.
How to ask
- Send “Delete my data” to our Instagram account from the account you messaged us with, or
- email medisewa7@gmail.com with your name and your Instagram username or mobile number, or
- call +977 9861898195 (Sun – Fri, 10:00 – 18:00).
What happens next
- We check the request comes from you (for an email, we may reply on Instagram or call to confirm).
- Within 30 days we delete your chats with us and their photos, videos and voice messages, and the personal details we keep for you. Messages you unsend on Instagram are deleted here straight away.
- We tell you once it's done.
Records of orders you placed are kept only as long as accounting and tax rules require. Deleting your data here doesn't delete your Instagram account or what Instagram itself keeps; that's under Instagram's settings.
