Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur) is Rs. 120 and usually arrives 1 – 3 days after dispatch. Anywhere else in Nepal is Rs. 220, arriving 3 – 7 days after dispatch. Standard sizes are ready in 2–3 days; made-to-measure pieces take 5–7 days.

Cash on delivery. You pay when your order arrives — there's no advance payment. For custom orders we call you to confirm all the details before we start.

Yes. Choose Height & weight on any product page and we'll estimate your chest, waist, hip and lengths. You can adjust any number before ordering, and our tailors fine-tune every cut. Try it in the size finder.

Colour, neckline, sleeve length, contrast piping (+Rs. 250), embroidery (+Rs. 300), rib waistbands, jogger cuffs and extra pockets — plus anything you describe in the design notes, such as contrast panels or a hospital logo. You can attach reference images too.

Unworn standard sizes can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-measure and personalised items are made just for you, so they can't be returned — but if the fit isn't right, we'll alter it free of charge.
